Outsourced HR provides Human Resources support to organisations who don’t want the overhead of an in-house department but who require support in managing their employees. With nearly 20 years’ experience in HR, Sasha has a proven track record of operating successfully under pressure in complex, matrix environments. Having held Head of Department roles for both Renault Retail Group and Toshiba, her blue chip experience has shaped her successful philosophy for the HR model. Sasha is passionate about ensuring small to medium sized businesses reach their goals through their people by implementing robust structures, which create engaged employees. She supports clients in achieving their goals by transferring her extensive knowledge of best practice into practical solutions, which can be adopted by organisations of all sizes.
Sasha’s particular expertise is in generalist HR and Change Management. Her practical, diligent, focused approach enables her to quickly understand business goals and drivers and to supply HR solutions to facilitate them.
Having a 100% record at providing advice which has resulted in companies winning at Employment Tribunal, Sasha is adept at guiding clients through complex employee relations issues. Her forensic approach to ensuring employee relations issues are carried out thoroughly and fairly provides a strong platform for reducing and defending claims.
Engagement is one of Sasha’s key passions and she has achieved improved profitability for the companies with which she has worked by using key tools such as employee opinion surveys and developing core values.
In addition, we work with a team of HR Associates who are all specialists in their own fields. We regularly call on them in times of high demand or if we require a more niche specialism such as Compensation and Reward.
